I recently reviewed a copy of my credit report and realized that Transunion is not in compliance when reporting information to my credit report. The information they are reporting is NOT correct, accurate, and/or verifiable, and some of the information in my credit report seems to have been mixed or merged. Pursuant to the FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ), 12 CFR 1022, and the standards of their industry, all information reported by credit reporting agencies MUST be verifiable, MUST match, and MUST be accurate to ensure the integrity and consistency of the information they report. I've also requested Transunion to provide me with the agreement that bears the signature of the alleged debtor and proof of photo identification that was presented at the time of incurring these debts in order to ensure they properly verified these accounts. These errors and negligence have been causing me great inconveniences and have affected my ability to utilize my credit for personal, household, and family purposes. The referenced accounts need to be removed immediately and Id like to receive a copy of my credit report reflecting all changes made immediately. I have also attached photos of my credit report reflecting these numerous errors.
