I have a destiny card by Genesis FS Card Services. Its a {$300.00} card. I always check the available balance before I use the card online to see how much I can spend. I did that in XXXX. No problem. I didnt use the card in XXXX cycle because it was maxed out. I paid {$40.00} on XXXX XXXX. Then it said I had {$43.00} available. I used it for {$23.00} for gas. Now the balance is {$370.00} and saying that my XXXX charges were over and they added a {$29.00} fee. Thats a scam. It shows online that you have available credit, that you apparently dont have. They let you use it. Then they come back and say oh wait its over. Heres an overdraft fee. I go off the screen thats posted below. Thats all I have to go off. If its saying I have available credit, I should have available credit. If I was over in XXXX, I shouldnt have had any available credit in XXXX after I paid the {$40.00} because Id still be over. This company is scamming people.
