My account was open XX/XX/XXXX with a credit limit of {$500.00}. I entered a Covid relief program in XX/XX/XXXX due to financial hardship. The program ended in XX/XX/XXXX. Shortly after XX/XX/XXXX my account was closed after I paid off my card. They state the reason being due to my Financial hardship can't afford the card. The program never said that after payment my card would be closed. If I knew that was a possibility I would never had entered the program. My bill was around {$300.00}. I was never informed of the closing of the account also. I spoke to someone trying to get it reopened, they said I would have to re apply for the credit card. This caused my credit score to drop.
