On XX/XX/21 I did a balance transfer from my credit card ( XXXX XXXX ) to my husbands 's credit card ( Barclay 's UPromise ) I mistakenly only typed the first 12 numbers of his account when I did the balance transfer which you will see on the check copy provided. This payment has never posted to my hudband 's account. I redid the balance transfer in XXXX which cleared on XX/XX/21 and Barclay 's posted it letter attached. I have reached out to Barclays several times since XX/XX/XXXX to see where the first payment is sitting and they keep on delaying. On XX/XX/XXXX I faxed information over to Barclays and they keep on opening another case to research this.
