Essex Mortgage company - originally I got the mortgage XXXX XXXX and within 30 days they changed my company and within 60 days they reported to credit bureau I was late. I sent the payment to my first company, thinking they were gon na be holding my mortgage. I conitnue to make the payments to Essex after I moved into the house and my credit score had dropped. I then found out they had reported me late and charged me late fees for everypayment after that. I disputed with the company and they told me to dispute it with the credit bureau and that they did not have it on their records that I was late. It is showing on my credit report that they did report me late. I already made a report the cfpb and essex reported that it was fixed in XX/XX/XXXX in their response. However as of XX/XX/XXXX it is still reflecting on my credit report.
