To whom this may concern, I have sent multiple certified letters to XXXX concerning a student loan ( Sallie Mae ) on my credit report. I did not attend school I joined the military. Therefore having a student loan in my name is impossible. I have sent the other two major credit bureaus XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) the same certified letters, starting on XX/XX/2021. They have removed the inaccurate, obsolete, unauthorized account from my credit report due to account not being verified. With that being said, if those two major bureaus have removed the accounts, XXXX company should also giving they should get verification from the same company. According to US LAW, any inaccurate, obsolete, or unfair has to be removed for consumers credit report! I have sent more certified letters explaining this to XXXX and have NOT received a response.
