XXXX XXXX has been reporting on my credit profile to collect a debt that is not my debt I have sent several dispute action to Equifax XXXX and XXXX regarding the debt that appears on my credit report. I have also reached out to XXXX XXXX back in XXXX they mailed me a letter to fill out a ftc.gov form affidavit I filled that out I mailed it is still appear that it is showing a closed account That has not been removed as a fraudulent activity on my credit report. On the Equifax and also XXXX, it appears that it was removed as I show documents and then it appears it is show back up on my credit report and I am reporting the inaccurate fraudulent activity that is reporting on my credit report. The account XXXX XXXX does not belong to me. As I have attached documents and mailed out several letters I have tracking receipts and I have mail certified letters sent to the bureaus.
