AWA COLLECTIONS Without any notice nor information about the claimed debt in the amount of {$460.00}, AWA COLLECTIONS reported a negative report on my credit claiming that it owed to XXXX XXXX. I called them up, where I I informed them that I never received anything nor debt validation letter. I also informed them that I don't owe the debt. I also, communicated with XXXX XXXX, whom could not give me reasonable cause. I also requested form XXXX insurance a copy of my policy to see if there is anything in there that might give the right to XXXX XXXX to charge any money, but XXXX insurance refused to give a copy as I requested on the phone on XXXX separate occasions. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent AWA COLLECTIONS a fax ( please see attached ) requesting them to stop the damages by reporting false claims and also in the same fax I gave them my Credit Card and gave permission to charge up to {$1000.00} to stop the damages and end their extortion. However, nothing happened. In XX/XX/XXXX I sent them an other fax of the same. At this time any person would see the reason that they are extorting me for an amount more than {$1000.00}. In addition, XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX sent me a letter ( see attached ) showing clearly that the policy got canceled as of XX/XX/XXXX, thus no money is owed to XXXX XXXX. Both XXXX XXXX and AWA COLLECTIONS has not given me any reason on why the claimed {$460.00} is owed till this date despite my repeated requested for debt validation letter ( never sent till this date ). At his time and reasonable person will see thar I'm standing as a victim of an extortion game. This has damaged me in tens of XXXX of dollars, thus my attempt to offer upto {$1000.00} to stop the damages. Yet, as I informed both AWA COLLECTIONS and XXXX insurance of such loses, now they are holding out to extort more money ( unknown ). ( please see the attached fax and email to XXXX insurance )
