In XXXX of XXXX, I requested a new card from Destiny Mastercard and was told it would be sent to me. I had a XXXX balance at the time, and never received this replacement. My account stayed at a XXXX balance until this XXXX, now I am constantly being charged directly from my bank account from this bank and nobody will tell me why, or explain how I am charged this amount knowing they never fulfilled my request for a replacement card or made any charges for the entirety of the year. They are now harassing my work and home phone, randomly taking money from my account without any written reasoning, and asking for more money when remember, I have not had this card for over a year and they acknowledge I have not had this card nor have I made a single purchase.
