In addition to XXXX Bank of The West returned my {$50.00} check # XXXX to my XXXX account and charged me {$15.00}. I learned of the return check but only just learned of the {$15.00} charge. I had been told XXXX could not read my account number and blamed them over Bank of The West. Yet Bank of the West photo image was accepted and you can clearly read on the back all of my correct numbers. I think they did this on purpose based on my prior complaints and to earn revenue from themselves while stealing a XXXX XXXX XXXX person on XXXX money because like I stated before is easier to steal money from the poor as we have no power. I Need my {$15.00} back. I am XXXX years old and haven't had anything bounce since I was XXXX from a work paycheck error.
