On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX my debit card was stolen. Once I noticed my debit card missing I call the bank to cancel my card. XXXX XXXX told me to file a police report which I did on XXXX. I have file a fraud claim to dispute for the charges, on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX they have denied all my claim. I have sent them all the information they have requested and still DENIED. XXXX XXXX has closed my account and send me to collections. I just received another letter today. When I call the collection office refer me back to XXXX XXXX.XXXX have denied my claim even after sending them a police report. Its discrimination, Belittling, just plain harassment and gender profiling.
