This company did not have permissible purpose to furnish anything on my consumer report. I did not give this company my written instructions to furnish anything on my consumer report. Furthermore, I did not engage in any consumer credit transaction with this company therefore they should not have any of my information. They have infringed upon a consumers right to privacy by obtaining my information without my consent. Moreover, the account is with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which contains a finance charge and a finance charge is the sum of all charges, thus this account was paid in full when the company obtained my credit card ( social security number ). Under federal law, a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. This account shall not contain a balance nor should it be listed as a collection/charge-off account. Furthermore, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has committed aggravated identity theft by reselling my private information to a third party ( NCB in this particular case ).
