My XXXX loans are serviced by ECSI ( Heartland ). When I recently attempted to check my balance, the credentials that I always used were rejected as invalid. When I attempted to reset password, the system did not recognize my account ( based on last name and birthdate ). I am at a loss about what to do to access my account information. The XXXX XXXX does not appear to work. I was on hold for almost an hour, and then left a number for a call back. Neither option has resulted in talking to an person who can grant access to my account. I don't know what else I can do. Please help me access my account. Thank you very much.
