The following accounts should not contain any late payments whatsoever : 1. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Each of these accounts were open under an open end credit plan and according to the fair credit reporting act, A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. These accounts contained a finance charge, which is the sum of ALL charges. The finance charged was paid when the company required my credit card ( social security number ) to open the account to begin with. Thus, the account was paid in full and shall not contain any late payments.
