On XX/XX/XXXX, I reported to Capitol one about some fraudulentcharges to my credit card. Most purchases were in the teens so I did not spot any false charges ... Total {$640.00}. Case # XXXX. They told me that they would investigate. Two weeks later they told me that they only issue one credit card and I was accusedof making those fraudulent purchases. I told them that I did not make those purchases and that I have never stepped inside that store. ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. XXXX. Capitol one Manager ( XXXX ) was rude and just kept accusingme of being dishonest. I contacted the police on XX/XX/XXXX to police officer XXXX shield # XXXX, but all they did was bounceme from one precinct to another. Police complaint report # XXXX. With my other credit cards any time I made a purchase, The place of business would require my ID or my PIN number, So I do not understand how these fraudulentcharges happened.I feel that Capitol one are at fault and are negligent and wonder if this has happened to other cardholders.Thank youXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
