XXXX 2021 I applied for a Home Equity Loan at TD Bank in XXXX XXXX with loan officer XXXX. I was approved within days. All paper work was filed, appraisal was completed on my CO-OP, Questioner was sent from my Property Managers office ( I also paid for it out of my own pocket 150. ) Was waiting on a closing date after about three months and then was told second under writer said they don't offer Home Equity Loans on CO-Ops. I was advised not to pay my personal loan during the process cause I would be getting the funds from the Home Equity Loan. So I am now behind on that loan. I was told they escalated the situation to the higher names but I still havent heard a response nor its been two weeks.
