On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I received noticed from XXXX that they had verified the accuracy of Bankruptcy XXXX being reported on my credit file on XX/XX/XXXX. After asking XXXX to validate and verify this account, XXXX stated that " The furnishing agency verified that this information was correct ''. I have contacted the courts in question and was provided a letter from the Deputy-in-Charge stated that they do provide information to the credit agencies, therefore XXXX did not properly investigate or validated this record. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX Confirmation # XXXX, stated that they had concluded and verified a Bankruptcy recorded reported on XX/XX/XXXX. Please see the attached letter from the US Courts stating that they do not validate or provide information to credit agencies, therefore XXXX did not properly validate this information. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from TransUnion file # XXXX stated that had verified information with a reporting agency. Again, according the US courts, they did not provide TransUnion with such information and therefore, this information was not properly verified.
