XX/XX/2021 - Received a call from Atlantic Recovery Solution at XXXX PM. They gave information out without verifying who they were speaking with. I continued the call regardless and asked to send a physical validation notice. They refused to send me one. XX/XX/2021 - I called back to Atlantic Recovery Solutions at XXXX PM to verify what address they had on file, they had the incorrect address so I asked them to update it and send me a physical validation letter. They refused again.
