I am a victim of Identity and this credit reporting agency hasn't removed the fraudulent items from my credit profile. They are violating FCRA 605B which states these accounts must be removed within four business days. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint XXXX XXXX I contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX and filed complaint # XXXX, I filed a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General office and XXXX XXXX has removed it from my consumer report I also sent a notarized copy of these things to them via certified mail.
