I acquired this spotloan and was trying to pay it off early XXXX and was told I had to wait until my latest payment was processed on XXXX of {$150.00} in case I may be overcharged. I did pay {$400.00} which lowered my balance to {$280.00} The agent told me to wait until the {$150.00} payment on XXXX has cleared. I called again on XXXX-The agent told me to wait until the payment had cleared which it did.. {$150.00} was charged on XXXX I called back today and they told me I owed {$280.00}. That was not correct!!! Which should've lowered my balance {$130.00}. But it did not. Instead the supervisor said we will allow you to pay this off for {$200.00}. I told them this is not correct and told them I would be reporting them for fraud.
