Good day, To whom it may concern I am writing in reference to the status of the Mortgage account currently reporting on my credit profile. This account currently shows ADVERSE information negatively affecting my credit in the form of late payments. I have NEVER made any late payments on any accounts that I own. Your company had issued a forbearance and this account in light of The COVID-19 pandemic. I am not sure why this error has occurred but as the consumer involved who has been negatively impacted by these errors I demand you correct it the status of this account to paid on time immediately. There was never any late payments on this account NOR any proof of these allegations either. I DEMAND that you correct these errors immediately and Issue me both ; a formal letterhead stating that the corrections have been made through the mails AND an updated credit report reflecting the same within 7 days. If not I will not hesitate to pursue litigation to have these adjustments corrected immediately.
