I refinanced my home in XXXX. The mortgage company sent me separate checks to pay off my credit cards. I sent these checks to all my creditors including Barclay Advantage Credit Card. I called in advance and asked for the correct addresses. All the checks were applied to my various creditors except Barclay. They're claiming they never received my check. I sent it via certified mail and have a copy of the person 's signature that signed for it. I also have proof that they deposited the check to their account. My complaint is that they never applied it to my account and it's been almost 3 months! I've called numerous times and never get anything resolved. The amount was for {$7400.00}. Please help me!!!
