I, after tirelessly attempting to pay said debt owed to lender " XXXX '', as they remain stating the debt remains owed, am advised after 8 months of continual effort on my part am not allowed to render payment to any company claiming debt owed from this past loan. " XXXX '' continually advises me to communicate with debt collector " XXXX '' who states that this specific debt is not owed to them and once again I am unable to pay and they are unable to accept payment. " XXXX '' has been provided with proof of this and every call I make per week to check in on the progress of the situation is met with admission of exact wording " Their Negligence '' by support. Promises that they will remove the credit remarks are provided weekly as this is all due to their illegal actions and my credit and me being the mistreated party. To this day, they repeatedly mark my Experian credit report with {$600.00} owed and in collections meanwhile they are well aware I am offering and have been attempting to pay said debt for months with no proper way to suffice payment as they are unsure of whom truly has the debt itself. I was told this would be handled in 5 business days and now it's been over 8 months with still no acceptable way to pay but they remain unmonitored by " Experian '', whom is allowing these remarks. My Experian score is and has been drastically affected as well as all my Business scores ( SBA Loans Judge Business Credit Score with Individual Credit History as main factor ) remaining a few points away from qualifications in which is actually impossible to achieve with this situation being prevalent. These remarks are progressive and " XXXX '' is not offering any solution, ignoring all submitted tickets to only respond with phrases to contact " XXXX ''. Emails from " XXXX '' were provided continuously as they reference that their organization have not possessed the debt since XX/XX/2021. I have provided all proof necessary to all involved parties and yet not one has assisted. I will attach packets supplied to my attorney and public officials as I want to press criminal charges against this lender, Experian as this is " blackmail '' and purely intentional. I can not qualify for a XXXX XXXX dollar loan due to this experience and this will be pursued legally to the highest extent of the law. This sad fact is all over {$600.00} in which I am begging to pay with no results but false remarks by said creditor. I have had customer service agents advise that the correct department is handling the situation yet then to be told this department has " no way of contact '' as I then am advised the inability to contact such department is a fact as there are " no phones '' present in this department 's office location. WHAT???? This is abuse, both XXXX and physically, in which I suffer all due to their inability to properly serve me with notification concerning a confirmed receipt of debt notification that physically needs acknowledgment, electronically and/or physically, be it that they used text message ( not qualified as notice via Fair Credit Reporting Standards ). This is unacceptable behavior. They are violating numerous laws and I will have included demand letters sent to this companies by my counsel in which have been ignored. I hope to see that the CFPB address this issue immediately because the Experian customer service number has advised me that no one is able to take my call via their automated system for over 7 months of inquiring, sadly I am also a customer of theirs and this is ridiculous to every extent of service. I am pursuing legal remedies for the experience suffered as I have been denied and have had to apply for over 30 loans causing extreme number of inquiries only to spend months prepping documents explaining the remarks and Experian 's lack of action. XXXX of dollars have been sacrificed over {$600.00} debt that no one knows of whom to pay? Does this seem correct? I'll let the judge decide.
