I sent a letter requesting the method of verification for an alleged bankruptcy listed on my credit file XX/XX/XXXX via certified mail.I received a response from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX stated they received my dispute and went over the investigation process. I received no results to this matter for over 120 days. I filed a complaint with cfpb on XX/XX/XXXX they responded with a typical message and sent another letter in mail stating the dispute process on XX/XX/XXXX. I have yet seen any results from this investigation I requested a Method of verification and have not been provided that information. My complaint was closed with the cfpb after the company responded. I sent a letter to Experian certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX requesting the method of verification of an alleged bankruptcy listed on my credit file. I received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX stating the bankruptcy was certified from a third party. I requested the name of the company who certified this information I received no information. I filed a complaint with the cfpb on XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter in mail stating once again it was certified but they failed to tell me who certified this information as requested 3 times. I sent a letter to XXXX certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX requesting the same information as the other bureaus a method of verification of an alleged bankruptcy on my credit file I received no response from the bureau for over 120 days until I filed a complaint with the cfpb. The company did not respond after 30 days and this alleged bankruptcy by law was suppose to be removed due to the no response after 30 days. XXXX sent a letter requesting proof of identification and proof of address.
