I have reached out to lending club, their attorneys, and collection agencies representing them for this charged off debt that was paid via a settlement. I have disputed this with the credit reporting agencies as well as directly with lending club. At present, this item is reporting as a pay status of derogatory as opposed to paid, even though I have worked extremely hard to pay it off. Lending Club claims that they are correctly reporting since they " sold '' the debt, regardless, they are still responsible for the proper reporting of the item.
