Unbeknownst to me, this lender was switched out from my original lender, and 100 % purely due to their new collection techniques, which I was not informed of, I incurred a late payment on XX/XX/2021. At first I attempted to dispute the late payment with the company, because it had negatively affected my credit score, and they removed the late payment on " XX/XX/2021 '' -- the item disputed on my credit report was " XXXX '' and it was deleted in XXXX. However in the following months, it has since re-appeared on my credit report, for XXXX, and it has been reported it as 2 late payments on Experian -- I disputed this with experian and they removed a late payment, and it has re-appeared again. Even though this item was disputed and deleted. It keeps re-appearing, and is negatively affecting me and my ability to acquire credit. My credit score was near perfect before this. The company will absolutely not help me with any of this and refuse to acknowledge the problem.
