TransUnion continues too violate consumers and FCRA by purposely reporting lies and inaccurate information for the sole purpose of damaging reports and scores. I have made MANY of complaints too CFPB yet nothing has been done about this issue. TransUnion has many errors and lots of inaccuracies throughout my entire credit report. Refusing to correct anything. I have contacted an attorney about the issue and will be seeking damages. TransUnion has continued too ACTIVELY report discharged debt which is about 4.5 years old. XXXX also continues too have inaccurate information on this same account. The name of the creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mortgage, The name has been altered many times too benefit their legal reporting needs. Because this company has been OUT of business, its solid evidence that the active reporting is in fact the reporting agencys doings. I thought government agencies like that of CFPB holds the responsibility of helping protect the consumer when companies are in violation of the law and the consumer. I have well over 30 complaints with CFPB, maybe resolving 2 issues at tops. That is totally unacceptable coming from a government agency. If others are able too read this and got nothing resolved, YOU arent the only one! I keep all my records on reports as Im sure the courts will want too know the involvement of the CFPB. The company is 100 % NOT adding remarks too my report, its TransUnion and XXXX BOTH ARE FRAUDULENT A company gone out of business does NOT still actively report! Evidence of FRAUD AND STOP SAYING YOU CANT IDENTIFY MY IDENTITY BC YOUR LYING! If TRANSUNION cant ID me then QUIT adding information too my credit report, QUIT providing my credit report and score too creditors, QUIT asking me too IDENTIFY myself because if I did, how would you even know whom too compare it too? JUST STOP ALL THE FRAUD already! Nothing has changed, absolutely nothing! TRANSUNION can verify my ID through the United States Federal Court during the XXXX XXXX
