I took out a loan with Mr Money four years ago and they are trying to sue me in court I contacted them to let them know my situation, due to Covid, and now they are mailing harassing letters stating s judge issued a warrant for me and I need to pay them directly plus court fees and interest and they will make my warrant go away. They legally arent able to make a warrant go away for one for two I did a warrant search and there is no warrant issued. So I feel very threatened and that they are using issuing a warrant as intimidation when they dont have the right to even issue a warrant nor take it away.
