First Home Mortgage has fraudulently chosen to both disqualify the buyer and keep the buyer 's money in the amount of XXXX of the closing costs without delivering the service or enabling the buyer the chance of qualification. The lending agent ( XXXX XXXX ) originally approved the buyer ( XXXX XXXX ) approximately 85,000. credit to purchase a property, in addition to a XXXX grant with a monthly HOA fee of XXXX per month, qualifying the above mentioned buyer approval to purchase. During the process the buyer was working with ( XXXX XXXX ) up until approximately one week prior to settlement when ( XXXX XXXX XXXX the listing agent ), discovered at the end of the contract that he made an error on the listing price of the HOA fee. The fee was changed during the contract from XXXX monthly to XXXX monthly. The change resulted in the buyer not being qualified and XXXX of the funds have failed to be refunded to the buyer and the buyer never received purchase of the property or receipt of the paid closing costs.
