On XX/XX/2021 I became aware of Radius Global Solution reporting on an alleged debt. I never contracted with Radius Global Solution I am unaware of how Radius Global Solution obtained my personal information to report such alleged debt. This fraudulent reporting is defamation, identity theft, and unfair deceptive collection practices in the state of PA. Debt collection agencies and creditors may only get location information thru communication not to reveal a debt is owed. Unfair or deceptive collection methods. It is unlawful for a collector to collect any amount, including any interest, fee, charge or expense incidental to the principal obligation, unless such amount is expressly provided in the agreement creating the debt or is permitted by law. Communication. The conveying of information regarding a debt directly or indirectly to any person through any medium. Radius Global Solution is not authorized to communicate and i have not given any written consent to this account. Radius Global Solutions is in direct violation of the FCEUA, FDCPA, FCRA, and Aggravated Identity theft 18USC1028a.
