To Whom It May Concern : Experian is unlawfully breaking FCRA by not removing a collection off my account that I have disputed with them many times and I have asked for them to provide me evidence from this collection agency. The account is XXXX XXXX XXXX. Experian has failed to provide me evidence and in return come with verified without showing me evidence or telling me how they verified it. The same collection company has closed and removed this collection off my credit report on XXXX. When disputing this item Experian came with an update or verified within 2 days of filing dispute. They did not do proper investigation. Please remove this collection off my credit report that I do not own or else I will have to file a lawsuit. Thank you in advance.
