To Whom It May Concern I disputed an item on my credit report with TransUnion, I filed a certified mail ( tracking code : XXXX ) with the return receipt requested on XX/XX/2021, and from the tracking and after talking to a XXXX agent I confirmed that an agent from Transunion received the dispute on XX/XX/2021. ( I attached the evidence below ) I never heard from them and filed a follow-up letter specifically saying that, ''according to federal credit law spelled out in the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), a credit bureau is required to respond to you and complete their investigation within 30 days. If they do not respond within this time frame, they must remove the negative listing disputed. '' The second letter ( Follow-Up ) was also a certified letter with return receipt requested and Transunion Received the follow-up letter on XX/XX/2021 and I was able to confirm the delivery was completed on XX/XX/2021 for my follow-up letter to the original dispute. Finally, it took TransUnion around 90 days to respond to my dispute and they denied my dispute. I received this letter on XX/XX/2021 about 90 days after my original dispute letter. I attached the XXXX delivery date files to and from TransUnion below.
