I went online XXXX to search for a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I found a pendant on XXXX XXXX XXXX. It was advertised as high quality with a price of {$13000.00}, on sale for {$12000.00} with a 75 % rebate for a total of {$3100.00} No Tax. Attached is a screen shot of what I saw. Plainly on the top it says 30 Day Return. Upon checkout I noticed an option to pay overtime through Affirm. It asked for my phone number and email address only. it approved me for the amount to purchase the pendant over 12 months with interest. The next day I get an approval email, but it has my wife 's name on it, XXXX. My wife doesn't even know about this purchase. I emailed the company on XXXX asking if I was going to receive this before XXXX and never received a reply inside 24 hours. I emailed them again asking the same question. I got a reply explaining I purchased the poorest quality diamond made. So, I immediately called XXXX XXXX XXXX. He suggested I go to a smaller diamond for better clarity. The bigger diamond would show too many imperfections and be very dull. I told him to just cancel the order. He told me there would be a XXXX $ % restock fee?!!! That would be {$1000.00}. It hasn't even been shipped. He didn't offer any other solutions to try to fix the issue. I contacted Affirm. At first they didn't want to talk to me because the account is in my wife 's name. She doesn't even know about it.
