On XX/XX/21 I submitted a deposit from my XXXX XXXX bank account to my credit karma bank account at that point it told me that it would be available XX/XX/21. So I setup my bill pay for XX/XX/21 for XXXX XXXX credit card payment to come out. Credit karma reversed the transaction on the XXXX the same day that I was told funds would be available. This caused me to have a late fee with my XXXX XXXX credit card payment. This is the 3rd time this happened, the first time credit one reversed the late fee, 2nd time I contacted Credit karma support and they advised me the funds were not available and that the payment not going through was my fault so I let It go. This time I KNOW this is not my fault and I submitted A support ticket for them to credit the fees because it is their fault not mine and still no response.
