There is a collection reporting on my credit report under XXXX XXXX. I have been disputing with the credit bureaus and the collection company. After every dispute, the credit bureaus, Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX leave the collection on my report. However, I have not received an appropriate response from XXXX XXXX myself. I have sent debt validation letter on XX/XX/2021, and follow up letters on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021. XXXX XXXX has not responded through mail, phone call, email, or any other method. If they can not respond to me and validate the debt for me, how are they validating the debt to the big 3 credit bureaus? I know that there is an estoppel of silence and with XXXX XXXX not responding to three validation requests, I would like to use it in my defense and have this account deleted from my report immediately. Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX have also failed to provide me with any dispute results over the last 5 months. I pulled a copy of my credit report today and noticed that XXXX XXXX is reporting the same account twice on XXXX with a different account number. I want these accounts deleted immediately because they are unverified and reporting inaccurately. I have enclosed my ID docs, copies of the letters I have sent to XXXX XXXX and copies of the images from my credit report. I am me and no one else is filing this for me. I do not want to receive letters that they need to verify my identity or anything like that. Please delete the inaccurately reporting item.
