I am filing a complaint under the FCRA and fair credit and billing act as I can not get answers from experian. I need to know the company rights to collect under the fair credit and billing act. I have no knowledge of these accounts. It may belongs to my ex-husband. I have no record of these accounts ; therefore, Im exercising my right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609, to request further information about items on my credit report.
