On XX/XX/21 a person who stated they were a XXXX bank personnel and was notifying me that there were unauthorized transactions occurring. When I checked there were none but the personnel insisted they have security protections that detect when its happening to customers. They clearly had every bit of my personal information from first and last name, phone number and email that is linked to the account they then had me confirm several security updates by pressing commands on my phone as they text me. They even called me from an actual XXXX bank tel number. When I called to report it they rejected my claim as it was done through a XXXX XXXX and assumed I had transferred my life savings to my checking to and withdraw/pay some stranger in Texas, US that I have no knowledge of who that person is.
