i recieved a letter from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX stating they were removing my discharged Bankruptsy from my file, i will attach the letter. I sent this notice to XXXX they deleted, my XXXX Bk from there file. i sent the same letter to XXXX and Equifax. i disputed this item over and over, sent in proof of tne letter fro m XXXX XXXX, the Bk from XXXX still remains on my file. in fact on most of my disputes, the resukts page they are unsure what exactly i am requesting of them. i called XXXX XXXX they said tnat my bk from XXXX has been deleted off their verified system. They were filing a Description of Procedure amd disputing it be deleted from the unverified file system. after learning this i filed another dispute with XXXX and equifax. i received a letter from equifax XX/XX/XXXX i will forward. they explained to me that my bk acct was verified with XXXX XXXX as accurate and would remain on file until XXXX? how can they verify an acct as accurat that has beeen deleted off the verified and unverified ; files? i called Equifax in late XXXX, the associate that answered my call told me they dont even need to forwrd the dispute to the 3rd party verifier as long as it shows that the informatuin at some point was verified? that doesnt seem right? what must i do to get this file deleted off my report. i hope you are able to help with this situation. i also feel that only being able to use 100 and 200 words in a consumer statement to clearly describe a situation hardly enough to have you fully undersdtood
