TD bank closed my account without notifying me. I believed there are money in my account but I can't access to my account information. I went to a local branch last week to get help but the staff said they don't have my account info as well because it's already been closed so he gave me a customer service number to call but the one I talked told me she couldn't help because no information is showed so she gave me another number to call but it's all the same, nothing showed up on my account! I'm so frustrated that I can't get any information on my bank account. From the record I have the last time I used my bank for an online payment was last year in XXXX.
