I started a dispute with Credit Acceptance because I was treated unfairly for buying a car that was literally in the junkyard within a month after buying it. The dealership refused to give me another vehicle. The lending company ( Credit Acceptance ) refused to repossess a junk car. I tried to take the lending company to court and they refused the summons. Everything in life is not about money. The human factor of being deceived in the sale, and the expectation that I should pay for a junked car is unacceptable. In America, when you buy something that's broken, you take it back to the seller and get your money back, or have the item replaced. This is a Punitive action against me, solely for the purpose of ruining my life. When money means more than honesty, the ethics involved are lacking. That is called greed.
