Hello, In XX/XX/XXXX, I sent around $ XXXXUSD to a trading platform called XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) using PayPal. On XX/XX/XXXX, PayPal notified me that due to new XXXX regulations, payments to XXXX would no longer be allowed and they closed my account. In consequence, I was unable unable to get my funds out of XXXX and I requested PayPal to reverse all the made payments to the broker because the merchant ( broker ) breached PayPal 's Merchants Terms and Conditions. However, PayPal refused to cooperate and reverse back the transactions.
