Consumer Narrative

I have contacted this organization multiple times letting them know I'm XXXX and can not call them and speak on the phone. When I tried to let a hired organization speak on my behalf, they wouldn't allow it without notary and a few other hoops, which I understood. But I've let them know i'm still unemployed due to XXXX that I'm working through, and they have not allowed me to put off making payments, instead dinging my credit score month after month.
