I ordered some merchandise from XXXX and paid for it. months later I have on my credit report 60 days late for credit that i did not apply for. When I called XXXX to handle the matter ; they said that they sent me a necklace that I did not pay for. I then paid for it. but it is listed on my credit report that I applied for credit for XXXX and for XXXX and is late 60 days. I filed a dispute with XXXX with no results. If they had investigated this matter they would no that I never had a credit account with this company for that amount. This credit reporting error brought my credit score down XXXX points.
