Please be apprised that you are in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. In my opinion you have violated my rights : I understand you must complete a proper investigation within 30 days of receipt of my letter 15 USC 1681i ( a ). On XX/XX/2021, I received a copy of my credit report and found errors on it so I sent by certified mail ( receipt number : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a request to Equifax to verify/validate an unverifiable item reporting on my credit profile. The item reporting on my credit profile is an account from XXXX XXXX, which I have no idea what this even means. You claim the account in question was verified but did not show proof as requested. I do not know what resources your company used to verify the account. The burden of Proof is on you. In this complaint accompanies my Letter asking for Removal of Inaccurate Credit Information.
