XXXX refuses to cancel the " XXXX XXXX '' service I never signed up for because I have no active accounts with them. I closed out and paid off all balances due so when I call they can not find an account to remove me from this service. I have tried 5 times to talk to someone and no one can remove me from their list. I do not authorize this service.
