I sent sent a letter to XXXX challenging the validity of the alleged bankruptcy they have listed on my report. I recently Challenged this same account with TransUnion credit bureau and they came back stating that they have verified this account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have went to the courthouse, and they have also stated they did NOT verify this information. I asked XXXX to send me whatever documents of information they have personally used to verify this alleged bankruptcy, immediately. They sent information but the address dont match my identity.
