I noticed this company placed a collection on my credit file in XXXX of 2021 for roughly {$1300.00}. The collections was for a medical bill that I do not owe and knew nothing about. I never received a call or letter from the company concerning any debt owed. I called the company and explained that this debt is not mine in fact the debt originates from a medical facility I have never even been too. I asked the company to provide me with anything that substanciates that I owe this debt and they couldn't provide me with anything. I also sent the company a debt validation letter to demand a response and I have yet to hear back from the company. MEDICAL DATA SYSTEMS XXXX MEDICAL REVENUE SERVICE is clearly a fraudulent company and should be investigated by the proper authorities.
