This is the second time I have filed this complaint. I filed a complaint # XXXX. Nothing came from that complaint. Capital One responded acknowledging their attorney received my payment and as soon as it was posted they would update my credit report. They advised the process took up to 90 days. My payment was made on XX/XX/2021, which was 157 days ago. Capital One never reported to the three credit reporting agencies that my payment was made in accordance with the court mediated agreement that was made. I filed a dispute with all three agencies : XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. The results of my disputes were that Capital One RENEWED the debt on my credit causing my scores to crash up to almost XXXX points causing one of my closed and paid off lines of credit to close. I was denied a new line of credit and denied a home mortgage. I fulfilled the court mediated agreement while Capital One defaulted on it which has now cause great financial hardship on me. The three credit bureaus were provided all documents from the court, my receipt of payment along with Capital Ones written admission of acknowledgement that their attorney was in possession of my payment and neither of the agencies would correct the error, again resulting in great financial hardship on me.
