I am writing to delete the following information in my file. These items that should be deleted are listed in the report. I was trying to ask the Bureaus for validation of these Collections but I did not receive any response from them. Also, there was no written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and says it's mine. According to the FCRA, these Collection Agencies have violated my rights as a consumer and Im requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.
