Hello went to court for XXXX XXXX where I was XXXX and my XXXX I changed my name and to protect myself from my abuses. My first last and middle name was changed. my social security number and birthday stayed the same. My new name was added to public record by a person without authorization. I went to use my new credentials and they were added to my old name with out my permission. My phones and emails and banking was compromised in the past by my XXXX. this is how he would locate me. A person in the banking institution at his request put me social in and she added my new name to a database as an extension of his abuse. In the past her put me in a position where I could not live independent upon him. He damaged my privileges with every credit institution I can think of. Now this institution have my new name attached to old records which I didn't authorize please help.
